Why are renamed object in OR not be recognized by QTP?

When we run tests in QTP, why does QTP not recognized the renamed objects in the shared object repository? **Renamed objects mean**, when we add objects to the shared repository, QTP will display DQR_1 for the page name, but this is to generic because QTP will display DQR_2, DQR_3…., so I will rename the page name to state: DQR_1_Email_Mgmt to make it unique. However,then when we run the tests, QTP will not recognize the page and create a local repository? **Help**

Shared Object Repositories (SOR) are designed to be used by several tests and the SOR does not contain the information of every test script that uses the SOR as a resource. Marked as spam
