Why does Mail Configuration appear as soon as I log into AutoPass License Server?

Is there a particular reason why the Mail Configuration appears as soon as I log into AutoPass License Server each time? Any way to change this.

There is no way to change the default page when logging into AutoPass License Server; the reason why this page appears is to stress the importance that completing the Mail Configuration successfully is the only way to both (a) recover a lost admin password without reinitialzing the data, and (2) to create additional APLS users.
