Why does QTP checkpoint for Powerbuilder 12.0 freeze?

I am running scripts on a powerbuilder(sybase) application. I have been asked to used standard checkpoints for some of the validations. The checkpoint has to wait for a report to load before being executed otherwise the checkpoint will generate a general run error. However, with this error, QTP will allow me to stop the test and change the script to fix the error. However, with this particular report that I am running, it generates the error and freezes. In order to continue working, I must use the task manager to forcefully close QTP and the application. I have tried using different checkpoints but, only the standard checkpoint with this table causes this issue. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks again.

Update: With the standard checkpoint for what I was using it for, the reason that the script was freezing was because a few of the rows in the table were disabled and QTP was crashing trying to interact with them. Occasionally QTP would not be able to see the row at all and the information was not added to the checkpoint, but for the most part, QTP tries to access the disabled row and crashes. If anyone knows how to skip over disabled rows in a Powerbuilder Datawindow, please let me know. Thanks again. Marked as spam
