Migrating ALM Defect Attachments to Jira or Exporting Defect Attachments and including the Defect id

We are migrating alm assets from ALM 12.63 to Jira on premise and we are being requested to also include attachments with reference to the defect id. we have been using the csv importer. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks
