I downloaded from one project excel report and get access to publish to the Azure Devops. But in one of our project Excel report not available, I checked Site Administration ENABLE_CREATE_LEGACY_EXCEL_REPORT is created and value is Y. Could you please help me with that?I appreciate your support

We are new to ALM using ALM 15.0 and we want to extract ALM reports. We were prompted to install the Business Views Excel Add-in. Do I just out in my User Name as the User Name and my company's name as the Organization when I install it? Here is the screen:

Hello, We have recently upgraded from ALM 11.52 to ALM 12.55 and after the upgrade we have registered the clients and updated all of the Excel add-ins.
