Users are not receiving automail from Quality Center all of the emails seem to be sent and there are no errors in the log file what could be causing this?

Hello, I am trying to replace Testing Cycle in all test Sets under a particular folder with 'Replace All' function under Tests (Menu). But it is replacing only one value. Please let me know if I need to change something in Configuration.

Using ALM Octane we are unable to login to ALM Octane using Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox work fine but when we try to login using IE we click login and nothing happens, it just takes the user right back to the login page.

I am trying to give a certain user group in ALM update permissions for certain entities, I have added the permission to the user groups but the users are still unable to update the entities, am I doing something wrong?

My SiteScope installation stopped working today. I think it was caused by either a Windows or Java update. Both occurred last night. I'm using SiteScope version 11.22 with Windows 7 Pro and Java version 1.7_55. Anybody fully understand what caused SiteScope to stop working.
