Hello All, we have used a service account to install our applications (ALM, ALM PC, Synchronizer) and now we wanted to change the password of this account since its known to most of them. will there be any impact on applications after changing it? any pre and post checks to done..! kindly please adv...

We are planning to install ALM-PC 12.61. Does anyone know, if MySQL database can be used and what ports need to be open to the MySQL database?

I am getting an error when running a load test after installing 12.61 patch for Performance Center. It is failing to start a run with a current time slot. I tried restoring 12.55 lab management project and upgrade. still getting this error. Any help would be great.
