Suddenly, I can't login to ALM, even though my user name is valid and shows up in Site Administration. I am getting a 'User does not exist error. What could be wrong?

Hi, I know we can write a OTA or SA API to Deactivate or Delete or Remove bulk users from ALM. BUt, I would like to know if there is a similar way to Delete bulk users if they do not belong to any project in ALM.
