We just upgraded to 12.55. We have one user that says each time he clicks a link on a defect, the defect pop-up opens behind the application and he can't get to it. When I start Sprinter, it gets to the "Loading HP ALM file ##/##" stage and hangs there. I have closed using task manager and restarted Sprinter several times, but it continues to hang in this same spot. How can I resolve this issue?
