I need to see if Performance Center 12.60 will support TLS and how to implement it for Performance Center / ALM systems. Any help or input would be great.

My company is currently using ALM-PC 12.60 with Windows 2012 R2. When logging on as the Performance Center Admin using IE 11, and navigating to the Hosts and Projects views results in no information being displayed. In the Hosts view, the number of hosts is shown (4) but no other info or even format...
