How to close UFT agent after test executes?

When I kick off a UFT test from ALM, the UFT remote agent starts up and the tests executes as expected. I would like for this agent to close/stop/go-away after the test is complete. I can’t seem to find any settings to make that happen. The agent appears to stay actively running unless I go in and manually exit it.

This has been the behavior to keep the agent running after execution since QTP. Leaving it running allows for quicker access to start the test. If this is not answer you are looking for I recommend submitting Change/Enhancement Request with HPE. Marked as spam

Thanks, Bubblehead. Yeah, an ER might be what's needed. My use case is this: I have a remote system set up to execute tests from Jenkins. Sometimes those tests may be UFT tests, sometimes LeanFT tests. The LeanFT tests abort if they are run after a UFT tests, with a message about not being able to run the LeanFT agent since the UFT agent is already running. So I was hoping for a setting in the UFT agent to have it automatically shut down when a UFT test completes. Marked as spam
