Hello All, We are planning to move to the Google Cloud Platform. We want to know if Cloud SQL is supported for the ALM product line? Our management is wanting to schedule a call to with our support personnel to discuss the possibilities, issues, support, and concern around configuring Cloud SQL for above listed application. Can you provide us any further information regarding this? Our Technical team would like to discuss solutions in configuring Google Cloud SQL. This includes 2017 Standard edition of SQL server, Postgres DB and mySQL. Wish to know, if ALM 15.5.1 can be installed successfully on Google cloud with Win 2019 OS and Cloud SQL. HomerJ

Hi HomerJ, According to the officially supported environments page maintained here by Microfocus: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/documents/alm/alm-system-requirements/alm-qc-system-requirements.htm ALM currently is supported on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) installations only. If you are determined to install on Google services, currently the compatibility doesn’t support Google services At this time Google web services are NOT supported for hosting for ALM unfortunately.
