Hi,

We are on ALM 12.21 Patch 6 and ALM 12.53 application, facing this issue in all the projects linked to a specific customization workflow template in both the environments.

Below are the steps performed:

1. Navigated to test plan module
2. Moved to a test case having requirement coverage in test plan and clicked on details tab.
3.  Moved to some other test case in test plan having requirement coverage
4. there is no issue in above case.
5. Moved to a test case having requirement coverage in test plan and clicked on requirement coverage tab.
6. Moved to some other test case in test plan having requirement coverage
7. issue occured, ALM screen became white and non responsive.
8. verified Debugview and workflow code, there is no issue
9. verified across different OS like win7 and win10 , same issue for this project
10. verified on the same project data , same scenario in test environment, with same workflow template, same issue reoccured.

Issue is not happening in projects that doesn’t have any workflow customization.

could you please assist on how to identify this issue on what might be the root cause and how to fix it.

I am unable to find the code which is causing this issue either by debugging code or by debugview editor as all code and actions are getting executed as expected.
