ALM is getting stuck while performing any check-in / check-out operation in Test Plan

Hello. We are currently using ALM 12.53, and it is getting stuck while performing any check-in / check-out operation in Test Plan for most of our automation testing team. The Site Admin looked up and found that the memory performance of the ALM server is showing around 60 to 70 % utilized. Please advise what we can do to resolve this issue.

I have seen this issue once before, and it was resolved by simply restarting the ALM server. Try restarting the ALM server to see if it resolves the issue with check-in / check-out operations in ALM. After the server has restarted, retest to see if the issue still occurs. If the issue does continue to occur, please let me know. I hope this helps!
