can some one please advise on this

1. how is the administration and server part handled in LR cloud
   1. via the loadrunner cloud " MyAccount" web and interface
   2. the LRC servers are all managed by the LRC team only the on-premise LGs and VuGen are managed by you
2. how do we migrate the project from ALM PC to LR cloud
   1. you cannot, only the ALM-PC scripts can uploaded new test scenario will have to be created
   2. you can create projects however they are not link to ALM-PC
3. how can the licenses be managed
   1. the licnes are different than ALM-PC (LRE) you will need to purchase new LRC license in order to run LRC test

note: the LoadRunner R&D do plan to ingrate LRE  with LRC but the when is still know (as of APR 2021)
