ALM – Problem hiding Defect User defined fields.

We are having an issue with one of our users.
We are able to hide defect user defined fields on the form, but the fields still appear in the grid view.

Make sure that the user belongs to one and only one user group.
Multiple groups may have different settings.

You were correct, the user was assigned to multiple user groups. When we assigned to the one group, everything worked as expected.

This is a best practice so you don't get unpredictable results, as you have experienced.
