It is possible to increase the Java Heap - I hope this is on a 64-bit server since you can go much higher (if needed) and not worry about using too much (stepping on other applications).

Look here for how to increase it, but I recommend the HP article's way of doing it (see thread).

But lets look into why that JAVA memory is being used up. Yes, it might be set too small, but how many **active** projects do you have? Are they really active, or do you just **not use** them?
