ALM service not starting properly, errors in wrapper log

Our ALM server is not starting properly, we are seeing this error message in the wrapper log for ALM: INFO | jvm 1 | 2020/08/26 09:37:08.362 | Failed to obtain a connection to schema ‘default_lab_project_db’. com.hp.alm.platform.db.CTdDbException: Can’t create a new database connection.;

I would check and make sure that the password has not expired on your lab project database schema, it looks like the lab project schema cannot be accessed for whatever reason. Marked as spam
