ALM sprinter hanging.

I was trying to create a test plan using Sprinter version 14.52 with screen capture, defects, and connected to ALM, the application gets hung after stopping the steps creation. Are there any known issues on this?

I have seen this before, re-install sprinter with UAC set to "never notify" and as an admin, many times sprinter will act weird if it was installed with UAC enabled or without admin privileges. Make sure you restart after turning off UAC, it takes a restart. Marked as spam
