We are looking to upgrade our UFT concurrent licenses from 12.0x (Sentinel mechanism) to 12.5x (AutoPass) and will be installing the new license server on a shared license server with multiple other license applications, can you tell me if there has been any conflicts running UFT license server with any others?

No, there are no known conflicts with HPE AutoPass (the new UFT license server software) and other HPE licensing mechanisms (e.g., older UFT/QTP Sentinel license server software, QC/ALM server, etc.). You should be just fine to install on the same machine (as long as none of the others use TCP port 5814, which I cannot imagine any would).

The only ''restriction'' is that you have a 6-month grace period to run both the old (Sentinel) and new (AutoPass) UFT license server mechanisms during migration. This is purely an HPE compliancy restriction; technically, they may live on the same box, if needed, during that time.
