AutoPass – Cannot get a license usage report…also, how to change number of records exported?

We are getting ready for an audit and I need to see the license usage, if I do a search I see the license usage but it does not display the information on the users. I can see the history page but there is no graph, I have a graph on the current usage screen, I do see the table below with data, but when I click on the export to excel button, (which looks like delete!) nothing happens, also it is defaulted to 5000 row and I have 40,000+ I cannot see where in the configuration to change it.

The graph display issue is a bug in AutoPass v9.2.0 and below; make sure you upgrade to v9.3.x.

Also, this is how you change the number of records to be exported:

1) Stop the AutoPass service (Windows Services > HPE AutoPass License Server > Stop)
**Note: this will, of course, prevent anyone from connecting to the license server

2) Go to your AutoPass dataconf directory (normally C:ProgramDataHPHP AutoPass License ServerAutoPassLicenseServerdataconf)

3) Make a backup copy of the config.xml file

4) Edit the config.xml file, changing the following key:

40000
