Even though it's not shown as being technically supported, I have LeanFT installed currently on a Windows 10 Enterprise machine with Eclipse Mars and haven't had a single issue with it outside of it not yet working with Microsoft's Edge browser, but you can launch IE 11 from Edge and it works fine as long as the addon is enabled in IE. If you're comfortable with installing it and trying, it seems to be stable on it.
