Cannot take snapshot in Attachments

We use Snapshot option to take screenshots and attach in HP ALM(QC). But this option is not working when we try on a system that has Window 10 operating system. It is working fine with Windows 7 and 8. Is this a known limitation in HP ALM? Is there a patch or fix for HP ALM 11.52 to resolve this issue?

Here is a link from the HP Knowledge base: Basically, it says that there is a problem with IE 11 and ALM 11 and that is only to be fixed in ALM 12.50. Here is the same issue for ALM 11.50: So, you will need to upgrade to ALM 12.50 to get the snapshot to work in Windows 10. Marked as spam
