Datasheet not importing in UFT 14.53 on W10 but works in W7

Hi All, I’m hoping someone will be able to help me with an issue I’m currently facing please. My scripts run with no problems on Windows 7 (UFT 14.53). However, when I try to run these same scripts on Windows 10 UFT doesn’t do anything. My datasheet is not imported and no errors appear. Has anyone else experienced this when running on W10? If so, what was the solution please? Thanks.

According to the PAM, for Windows 10 (32, 64-bit)(Version 20H2), you must have patch 4 installed on top of UFT 14.53. That said, the Matrix (PAM) doesn't mention any Windows 10 versions beyond that. Chances are, you are on Windows 10 21H1. It isn't mentioned in the PAM, so, UFT 14.53 hasn't been verified for that version. Since support for version 14.53 ends in September of 2022, it is suggested to upgrade your UFT version. Marked as spam
