Duplicate Test Instance Names in ALM 12.55?

Hello,
We have an instance of ALM 12.55 running on Windows Server 2016 and MS SQL 2012 DB. We are experiencing an issue since we upgraded from ALM 12.21 to ALM 12.55 where we are seeing duplicate test instance names in the test details and the manual runner. We have never experienced this before in previous versions and was wondering if there was in issue in this version or if there is something we are doing to make these duplicate appear or has anyone experienced this before?

Any insight is appreciated.

Hello HomerJ,
This is an error discovered in that version. QCCR1J100487 recognizes it as a known issue and reports it as resolved in patch 4. So the resolution for your organization will be to patch to at least patch 4 for your installation in order to resolve this issue.
