Help! Installed the latest patch for QC, now receiving the error: Following client components were not downloaded successfully: 1 . OTAClient.dll : (Error 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Failed to open file for writing 2 . OTAClient.dll : Cannot load type library 3 . OTAClient.dll : Cannot register type library Close all connections to Server and try again.

If you are using the Excel add-in AND Excel is open the OTAclient.dll will be in use. Close Excel and try to launch QC again. Marked as spam
