Error in ALM Synchronizer upon adding new user.

We added a new user in ALM synchronizer, when we log in we receive the following error when we log into the synchronizer with the user we created: ERROR #1- server.DB.FAILED_EXECUTE_QUERY : Failed to execute SQL statement SELECT LINK_ID,NAME,DESCRIPTION,EMAIL_DATA,STATE,IS_AUTO_MODE,MAPPING_DATA,SCHEDULE_DATA,UNIQUENESS_IDENTITY,LAST_SYNC_TS,MAPPED_RECS_AMOUNT FROM LINKS WHERE LINK_ID IN (). What could be causing this error?

I have seen this error before, it is displayed because the user does not have any links associated with their username in synchronizer. Make a few links available to the new user name in synchronizer and you should not see the error any longer. Marked as spam
