We have UFT installed on a machine but when the user tries to open it gets this font error and then closes. System.ArgumentException: Font ‘HP Simplified’ does not support style ‘Regular’

I've seen this before. Try rebooting the machine, then doing a command line repair following the instructions at [this link][1].
