Excel add-in disappears after installing

I have a user in South Africa (Sandy) who had the Excel add-in and it disappeared. We have since had MS Office 2013 removed, reinstalled; HPQC removed and reinstalled on her PC. When she downloads the Excel add-in for 11.53; it says it installs fine. When she goes into Excel to utilize the Excel add-in to import tests, the option is not available to her in Excel.

Private answer

I just tested my version of ALM 11.52 with Office 2013 and I was having trouble starting Excel and using the Add-in so I did a 'Repair'' on the Excel Add-in itself. This is done from the Control Panel as follows:

Start->Control Panel->Programs and Features.
Select the HPALM Microsoft Excel Add-in.
Click Change.
Click Repair.

When this completes, Open Excel again and the Add-in tab should be visible with Export to HP ALM available.
