Excel add-in error ”the required alm client files have not been downloaded…”

    | ♥ 0 | I have a user who when attempting to export some requirements from excel to QC gets the following error. A general error has occurred: The required ALM client files have not been downloaded. To download, go to the Application Lifecycle management login screen. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in. Also the HP Connectivity add-in for QC has been installed. This is 32 bit Microsoft Office as well.
