Excel freezes when attempting to access QC add-in

As the title states, when I attempt to open the Excel add-in to export to Quality Center, excel locks up and only thing I can do at this point is to force close the program. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the add-in but same results. The add-in is pulled from our server, and is working for other users, so I know the file is okay. This is on QC10 if that matters.
