Excel-Report error:”Error OnConnection: ….” In ALM?

Hello,
I am getting the following when attempting to generate a a report in excel: "Error OnConnection: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

After I click the "Generate" button to generate a report in Excel, the option to choose the er opens and then the error above is generated.

IS there a resolution or work around for this?

Hello HomerJ,
There is a document regarding this within the Microfocus self help database. It is document ID: QCCR1J75473. this document states that patches for the various versions starting from 11.5x and going through 14.00 SAAS are all corrected of this issue by patches.

I would suggest that you gather the patch from your support group to resolve the issue,
