More than likely the cause is: Unified Functional Testing (UFT) is installed/configured with Java Add-in. Autopass 64bits software has a known conflict with UFT Java Add-in. For more information about topic, please review: ''Notes and Limitations'' of Autopass Readme file (DVDLicenseServerReadme.pdf) To fix this: Uninstall UFT Java add-in, including Windows environment variables: Install the 32bits version of Autopass software, instead of 64bit version.
