HP LoadRunner SAPGUI monitor Not populating with data

we are working on the LoadRunner 9.52 SAPGUI configuration. We have done the following configuration settings in the Load Controller.
The graph is empty and it is not pulling any data from the server. the connection appear to be working but the data is missing Am I Missing anything else? Appreciated if you could provide me any details.

According a source at SAP Partner Global Support, The LoadRunner Monitor SAPGUI in the ''ERP/CRM Server Resource Graphs'' does not work for SAP users who are using the newest SAPGUI client 7.20. The SAPGUI Monitor does work , but only with the SAPGUI for Windows 6.20 client as outline in the ''HP LoadRunner Online Monitor v9.51''. Part XI - ERP/CRM Server Resource Monitoring, Marked as spam
