I've seen this happen when you have an existing license that is tied to the license server's **IP address**, but then you try to install/add a license on top that is instead locked to the license server's ''**Lock Code**.'' There cannot be a mismatch when multiple licenses are installed; it needs to be one or the other. Contact your **support provider** and ask them to provide all of your UFT-related entitlements in the form of a license that is *only* locked to your license server's fixed IP address.
