”License Server is unavailable” with AutoPass 10.3.0 or 10.5.0

We upgraded from AutoPass 9.3.4 to AutoPass 10.3.0. Nothing else has changed, but we’re receiving "License server is unavailable" on all of our UFT clients. I have confirmed TCP port 5814 is open/listening. Any ideas?

AutoPass 10.3.0 server.xml configuration defaults to only allowing TLSv1.2. You will need to follow these steps to re-enable TLSv1 and v1.1:

1) Edit the **server.xml** file under `C:Program FilesHPHP AutoPass License ServerHP AutoPass License ServerHP AutoPass License Serverconf`

2) Change the below specified attributes to

> (i) keyAlias=''hp_cert''
>
> (ii)
> sslEnabledProtocols=''TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2''

Excellent! This worked! All of our UFT clients can now connect to the license server without issue.
