Integration with New Relic does not work as expected

We are getting a timeout, returned ,when trying to retrieve New Relic application counters, while creating a monitor profile.

Is this a bug, in LRE, and is there a fix?

This is a known issue in LRE 2020. There is a hotfix from Micro Focus (HP.PC.Monitor.NewRelic.DataIntegration.zip) that replaces the "HP.PC.Monitor.NewRelic.DataIntegration.dll" file on the LRE server(s) and LRE Host(s).

Instructions from Micro Focus, to apply the hotfix:
• Download the Hotfix HP.PC.Monitor.NewRelic.DataIntegration.zip, and extract the zipped file
• Copy the downloaded dll to LRE server under bin
• Copy the downloaded dll to LRE hosts under bin

Note: If the fix does not seem to be working, open the Task Manager and kill the MeApplication.exe process on the LoadRunner Enterprise server. This ensures that the fixed dll is reloaded. The MeApplication.exe process will rerun automatically when needed.
