Invalid attachment error when user opens their defect

Hello. We have a user that is experiencing the following issues when creating a defect in ALM. When they try to add attachments to a defect that they created, the file size displays as 0kb, and file name displays as ‘?? Microsoft Word??(4).docx’. The title of the file that is showing as invalid is ‘?? Microsoft Word?? (4).docx’. We have never had issues with attachments before. I tested the same affected defect, and I was able to upload an attachment, but I am receiving the error “Illegal characters in path” when opening the defect. I have also noticed that the ‘Description’ and ‘Comments’ fields are labeled ‘FieldLabel’. I appreciate any information that you can provide. Thanks!

Hello. I have seen this issue before, and it was resolved by removing the affected user from the affected project. I would like for you to remove the affected user from the affected project, then re-add them back to the project and have them recreate the defect, and retest to see if the issue still occurs when they add attachments.
