Hello. We have replaced some of our Windows 7 machines with Windows 10, and the Launch Report button is no longer displaying in the Test Instance Details / Runs window. We have run the ALM Client Cleanup tool, installed the ALM Connectivity tool and registered the ALM Client on the affected machines, but the Launch Report button is still missing. The affected machines are currently using ALM v12.55 with Windows 10 Clients.

Hello. I will be glad to assist you with this issue. If you're using a machine where UFT isn't installed, you will need to have the UFT Add-in for ALM installed. If the UFT Add-in for ALM has been installed, and the button still isn't displayed, you will need check to make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable library installed on the client machine. I recently had the same issue using the same setup, and I discovered that the button was missing because Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable library wasn't installed on the machine. After installing the library, the button was displayed as expected. Try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable on your machine, and retest to see if the issue still occurs.
