LDAP User authentication problem

We are using ALM-PC 12.01 with Windows 2012 Server R2. We are trying to add a new LDAP user and the new user is not getting authenticated. When adding the new LDAP user we are receiving an authorization error. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

It is possible that the problem is the LDAP Domain Authentication string. I recommend checking the authentication string for correct spelling, spaces, etc; which may be causing the issue. If you are unable to resolve this issue, I would have your LDAP team review the Domain Authentication string for the specific user(s) that is not able to authenticate. They can verify the information and then retry authenticating. I hope this helps. Marked as spam
