Quality Center 10:

The license can be exported from the Site Administrator under the Licenses tab (green Export button next to ''Modify'') . If you are unable to access the Site Administrator, you will need to use the below method for extracting it from the database.

Quality Center 9.x:

The license key in Quality Center 9.x is not accessible via the Quality Center interface. If you do not have an existing copy of the license you would need to extract it out of the database.
