LoadRunner not recording application

We are currently using LoadRunner 12.62 and Windows 10. We try to record our web application
Using the Web (HTTP/HTML) protocol . Also, we are using IE and the recording mode is set to WinINET. After stopping recording, nothing is recorded. We have ensured the DEP and UAC are disabled. Any ideas or help will be great.

▲ 0 ▼ ✔	Private answer Micro Focus has stated in the LoadRunner 12.62 Readme guide that Windows 10, IE and WinINet recording mode is not supported on Windows 10. An empty script will be generated.
