Not able to import users using LDAP

We are currently using LoadRunner Enterprise 2020 (LRE). We are having an issue when trying to add LDAP users to the LRE 20. We completed the configuring of LDAP within LoadRunner Enterprise and successfully tested the connection. However, when try to import users nothing shows up. Any help would be great.

Private answer
Try changing the LDAP Settings from "LDAP Directory" to use "Active Directory". This may resolve the issue. I hope this helps. Marked as spam
