We have an Action to where we're trying to parameterize a description property. Problem is, we can't select either the local or global data sheets, only in this Action. Have you seen this before?

We're expriencing erratic behavior with UFT on our VMware virtual machines. Sometimes UFT will open, but then after trying to open a test, it will crash. I'm pretty sure our VM meets the minimum requirements. Can you help?

I was using my ALM Client to rename some of our automated UFT tests in Test Plan. I think this broke something, because now UFT complains about finding them when trying to run either via UFT or ALM Automatic Runner. Is this not something I can do?

We made the decision to keep all of our tests locally on our testing machine by creating a new Library, but UFT now can't open these tests. Could you help me with this, please?

Hello. We are running into some issues uploading tests into ALM, and we would like to enable the logs for the add-in to see if anything is indicated in the logs. Can you please provide the steps to enable the logs? I appreciate any information that you can provide.

We have all of our tests stored locally on our UFT host machine in the file system. Our security team advised us to put them in a hidden folder. Whenever we try to open the test, it doesn't load any of the associated Function Libraries. Please advise.

Odd one here: when I try to open some of the UFT program tools (Additional Installation Requirements, API Test Generator Wizard), it gives me an access error. Is there something I'm missing?
