We are upgrading our Sprinter versions on users' machines. Some machines did not have a prior version of Sprinter, but many do. Upgrading to version 12.53. On machines without a prior install, we can do the regular install setup from the EN folder. However this does not seem to work for machines...

We use draft runs to test out some of our more involved tests and sets. History is enabled but we are not seeing anything written when a draft run is run. Is that expected?

Do you recommend to use Microsoft SQL Server 2014 developers edition for upgrading to QC 12.50? ALM readme documents say "HP ALM is certified to work with Enterprise and Standard editions of Microsoft and Oracle databases".

I am trying to use a QCP (project export) file to make a copy of a project. We have done this many times in QC11 by editing the DBID.xml file in the QCP/ZIP file so that it has a different Project Unique Identifier (PUID) - we just changed the last 4 characters to something else to make it different...

When I run the System Health Check in Lab Management, the entry "Check SiteScope integration" always fails. We upgraded our SiteScope to a new server and version. Ever since the upgrade, this check has failed. Where do you change the location of SiteScope servers in ALM? We looked in Lab Man...
