In our ALM 11.52 we had a QA Lead custom user group that allowed these users to add users from site via the project customization screen. We just installed LeanFT and are trying to run a LeanFT test. We are getting the following error: com.hp.lft.sdk.GeneralLeanFtException: An Internal problem has occurred, please make sure the LeanFT sdk was properly initialized. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello. I am currently using ALM 11.52 Patch 3 with Sprinter 11.52 No Patch, and wanted to know if there is an issue with attachments captured in Sprinter Test Cases not being available in ALM? When my users take screenshots (using Sprinter) they can't see the shots in ALM? What am I missing here?
