We have a Windows based application that has browser based controls in it. We are having trouble getting LeanFT to work with this application. I know with UFT we had to go through a special procedure mentioned in HPE document KM00361246. Is there something we need to do for LeanFT?

We are confused about the upgrade path from ALM/QC11 to ALM/QC12.53. It appears taht 12.53 is a patch to 12.50 and we can find an install guide for 12.50 that says we can upgrade directly to 12.50 from QC/ALM11. We were able to finally get HTTPS/SSL working for our load of ALM12.53 (uses Jetty). I guess we did it correctly (mostly) because BOTH HTTPS (secure) and HTTP (non-secure) are working. We want to only have HTTPS enabled, what did we miss?

When I start Sprinter, it gets to the "Loading HP ALM file ##/##" stage and hangs there. I have closed using task manager and restarted Sprinter several times, but it continues to hang in this same spot. How can I resolve this issue?
