I have a user trying to export defect data from QC to Excel. While I can perform this action, my user cannot. Error received is Compile error in hidden module: tsFieldMapping. Clicking Help does not in fact help at all. ALM is 11.52 and Office is 2013, 32 bit on Win 7.
