When running Sprinter 12.50 tests in Chrome, we noticed that the Scanners (for spelling and other items) do not run. Is this correct?

Using Sprinter mirroring, if you take snapshots per some steps/status milestones on a secondary machine, they do not appear to be saved to ALM. Primary machine shots do appear. Is this normal?

We are having issues with users being able to record steps with Sprinter 12.50. We have power mode on, have defined our application, but when we open to test, Sprinter doesn't record any steps based on the mouse movements. Permissions are in line for the user groups, this has been double checked...

ALM 12.50 guide mentions below for data hiding: Certain critical fields in ALM cannot be hidden. These fields are marked with a plus sign in Project Customization Not seeing where this plug sign is. Can someone elaborate on that?
