The test in chrome is taking more than 3 times to complete execution compare to when same test is executed in IE, this is too slow. Is there a way to make the runtime same with IE?

we upgraded to patch 11.5 and still no one can load the terminal emulator. we are running rocket bluezone v6.1. error: uft terminal emualtor support is mot configured correctly. either the terminal emiulator is not installed on your computer or the hllapi.sll was not found.
